Collection of Your Personal Information
ViVODOMi collects personal information that you provide to us on or through the Site or through your other interactions with us, such as in e-mails or telephone conversations. By voluntarily providing this information to us, you consent to the collection, disclosure and use of your personal information as set out in this privacy policy.
ViVODOMi collects personal information when you register on the Site; when you sign up to receive newsletters, RSS feeds or other services available through the Site; and when you request concierge and/or business referral services provided by ViVODOMi. This personal information includes username and password (or equivalent information), your name, your mailing address, email address, and phone number, as well as any other personal information you choose to provide to us to help us deliver concierge and/or business referral services requested by you.
ViVODOMi may use Chase Bank or other third-party service providers to process transactions you conduct through the Site. These service providers receive transaction-related information such as credit card number or other financial account number, banking or other financial institution information, and billing or financial institution address.
ViVODOMi may also receive personal information about you from a third-party vendor to whom we have referred you at your request. For example, we may follow up with vendors to whom we have referred you to make sure that you have had a good experience or to help resolve a problem. Disclosing Your Personal Information
Except as set out in this privacy policy, ViVODOMi will NEVER disclose or sell your personal information to any third parties without your prior consent. In particular, we do NOT share the personal information of our website users and clients with unaffiliated third-party marketers without your prior consent.
We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who perform services for ViVODOMi internal business purposes. For example, we may engage other companies to handle the processing of payments, to provide data storage, to host the Site, to assist in marketing, to conduct audits, to provide web analytics, etc. Those third-party service providers (i) shall be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service, and (ii) must protect personal information to the same extent as , ViVODOMi including not using it for any improper purpose.
